Peter Loveday was born and grew up in Toowoomba, Australia. He was active in a number of bands in the early Brisbane post-punk scene, such as The Supports and Birds of Tin, followed by Tiny Town, based in London in the '80s. He continues to record and perform in his hometown, Barcelona.
